Message	[ http://www.paypal.com/@211.229.208.136/pp/processing.htm ] is the link.. the server is the ip 211.229.208.136 the @ just means user@server.. so they signed up a username called [ www.paypal.com ] under the server 211.229.208.136. They just linked it in a tricky way which makes it look as though its actualy paypal.com. Try it with any website if you know the username.
